糖妈妈如何吃水果

孕期血糖升高的妈妈能不能吃西瓜呢?

西瓜升糖指数较高,进食后会快速引起血糖升高,糖尿病孕妈妈建议少吃或者不吃,血糖正常的孕妈妈可适量进食。

还有很多人觉得榴莲可以滋补养胎,那么,榴莲能养胎吗?

不能,榴莲是高热量食物,不可溶性纤维含量低,维C、胡萝卜素含量低,孕妈妈摄入过多容易导致血糖升高、便秘。所以孕期不宜多吃。如果胎儿发育偏小,建议增加摄入优质蛋白。

 

炎炎夏日,面对琳琅满目的水果,孕妈妈该怎么挑选呢?

根据中国2016版孕期妇女膳食指南,建议孕妇每日摄入200-400g水果,建议各种水果搭配食用.

原则1.按照营养成分选,只要某种水果的维生素C、矿物质、不溶性纤维等各项指标都靠前,那么营养价值必然高;

原则2.选择热量、升糖指数较低的水果,热量、升糖指数高的要少吃。

 

孕期又需要多吃水果,又不能多吃含糖量高的水果。这就疑惑了,到底孕期该吃哪些水果呢,哪些又是含糖量低的水果呢?

血糖生成指数GI反应食物与葡萄糖相比升高血糖的速度和能力,低GI食物引起血糖变化小,相反,高GI食物引起的血糖升高幅度大。

一般而言,GI<55为低GI食物,低GI的水果,樱桃、李子、柚子、圣女果、桃子、苹果、草、葡萄。GI55-70为中GI食物,GI>70为高GI食物,中高GI值水果,则包括龙眼、芒果、木瓜、西瓜、文旦、香蕉、凤梨、葡萄、荔枝等。附上一张常见水果的GI值:

所以吃水果也是有一定学问的,妊娠期糖尿病的孕妈妈应选择含糖量低、升糖指数低的水果食用,应在两餐之间,同时要注意减半主食,以避免血糖波动。
